These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of Projects Vault website ("Site"), which is owned and operated by Eztablish Design ("Projects Vault," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
Eligibility and Registration: Only Journalists and Designers are eligible to register on Projects Vault. Designers can upload their projects to the site, and Journalists can request press kits from the designers. You must provide valid identification and bios during the registration process. We reserve the right to decline your registration if you fail to provide the required information or if we determine that you do not meet the eligibility criteria.
User Content: You are solely responsible for the content you upload to the site. You warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to use, distribute, and display the content. By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, adapt, translate, distribute, publicly display, and perform the content.
Use of Contact Information: By providing your contact details (email id, phone number, address, etc.), you consent to us reaching out to you with updates, promotional material, and more.
Payment and Fees: Designers can buy packages and content writing plans on Projects Vault. All fees are quoted in INR and are exclusive of any taxes or duties. You are responsible for paying all applicable taxes and duties. We reserve the right to change our fees at any time and without notice.
Intellectual Property: All content on Projects Vault, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, graphics, text, images, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use any content from the site without our prior written consent.
Termination: We may terminate your access to the site at any time and without notice for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of this Agreement. You may terminate this Agreement by ceasing to use the site and closing your account.
Disclaimer of Warranties: We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the site or its content, including but not limited to the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information or content provided on the site.
Limitation of Liability: We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the site, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Projects Vault, Eztablish Design, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of the site or your breach of this Agreement.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved by arbitration in accordance with the laws of India.
Amendments: We reserve the right to amend this Agreement at any time and without notice. Your continued use of the site after any changes to this Agreement will be deemed acceptance of the amended Agreement.
